Water Flow Detection
When a hot water tap is opened, cold water flows through the heater, triggering the flow sensor to activate the unit.
Ignition & Gas Valve
The electronic igniter sparks and the gas valve opens, allowing gas to flow into the burner chamber for combustion.
Heat Exchange
Cold water passes through the heat exchanger above the burner, absorbing heat from the combustion gases and rising to the set temperature.
Constant Temperature Control
The microprocessor continuously adjusts gas flow and fan speed to maintain precise output temperature, even with fluctuating water pressure.
Safety Shut-off
Built-in safety sensors monitor flame, overheat, and exhaust conditions. The unit automatically shuts off the gas valve if any abnormality is detected.
